About
Offline Arcade started as a shared spreadsheet between three friends who kept losing games on long train rides. We wanted something that didn't freeze the second the tunnel swallowed the signal, so we began testing titles that work completely offline and writing short notes for each other.,The notes turned into reviews, and the reviews turned into this site. We don't chase release-day hype. A game gets covered here only after someone on the team has actually finished a good chunk of it on their own phone, usually with airplane mode on just to be sure.,We pick games across genres on purpose. Not everyone wants the same thing, so you'll find story-driven RPGs next to quiet puzzles and chaotic racing games. If a title demands a login just to open the menu, it usually doesn't make the cut.,Everything here is written in plain language. We mention what annoyed us as happily as what we liked, because that's the part most pages skip.
